  1. Contract

    1.  These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you as the student, any guarantor (e.g., parent or guardian) and ICC Solutions Ltd, registered trading address:       St James Business Centre, Warrington, Cheshire, WA4 6PS.

    2.  This contract is governed by English law.

    3.  No failure or delay by ICC Solutions Ltd in enforcing any of their rights under the contract shall be deemed to be a waiver of such a right.


  1. Bookings & Cancellations

    1.  Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis on receipt of full payment.

    2.  We reserve the right to change the content of any course.

    3.  If we have to cancel a course, or part of a course, we will always give you as much notice as we reasonably can.  We will endeavour to offer you the choice of an alternative course, or repayment of any fees received in respect of the course or part of the course that has been cancelled.  We regret we cannot be liable for any other expenses you may incur.


  1. Fees & Refunds

    1.  Payment for courses must be made in full and in advance.

    2.  Once you have registered and paid for your course, we regret that no refunds can be given except in the instances outlined in 2.2 and 2.3, above.


  1. Communications

    1.  We use email and live chat to communicate with students, following our online courses.  By accepting these terms and conditions, the student’s parent or guardian consents to us communicating in that way with the young person in their care.


  1. Intellectual property and non-acceptable use

    1.  All Content included on the Website, is the property of ICC Solutions Ltd, our affiliations and other relevant third parties.  In these terms and conditions Content means, text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website.  By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights.

    2.  You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes any Content without the written permission of ICC Solutions Ltd.

    3.  You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes:

  • In any way which causes, or may cause damage to the Website or interferes with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the website;

  • In any way which is harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any applicable law, regulation, governmental order;

  • Making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of Content protected by copyright without the permission of ICC Solutions Ltd.
